District Energy

District energy allows whole towns and city areas to be supplied with heating and cooling energy, and power, via underground energy distribution systems. Connection to a district energy network removes the need for boilers, chiller and plant rooms and a range of fossil and renewable fuel-based generating plant can be used to supply the system.
